estimation and quantity surveying consultancy providing accurate and
cost-effective support to developers, contractors, consultants, and
architects.
With over 15 years of experience, we specialise in pre- and post-contract
services, delivering detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, rebar and MEP
estimations, and value engineering solutions. We have successfully
completed 350+ projects across India, the UAE, and Worldwide in
residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
We are headquartered in India and provide professional outsourced
estimation support for construction projects from our India office.
Our estimates follow international standards including POMI, SMM7,
CESMM4, NRM2, CSI MasterFormat, IS 1200 and IS 2502(BBS), using tools
such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and MS Excel. We act as an extended
estimation arm for our clients, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and
timely delivery.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Preparation of a Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) in standard shape code format is proposed for a residential villa located in the AL MUGHERIAH SECTOR, UAE, with a total built-up area of 5,000 SQUARE FEET. The scope includes delivering a detailed Bar Bending Schedule in both MS Excel and PDF formats, strictly in accordance with standard shape code requirements.
BOQ and Bar Bending Schedule preparation is carried out for INDIAN OCEAN FOODS LLC, UAE, covering multiple buildings, including the Administration Building, Feed Store, Workshop, Canteen, Mosque, Senior Management Accommodation, Worker Accommodation, Security Room, Farm Sector Office cum Feed Store, Panel Room, Indoor Transformer Room, and Machine Room. The total built-up area for all covered buildings is 5,000 SQUARE METERS.
Quantity take-off for finishing works is prepared for the Masar Residential Development project located in MAKKAH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA. The project configuration consists of 7 BASEMENTS, 3 CORRECTION FLOORS, GROUND FLOOR, 2 PODIUM LEVELS, 23 TYPICAL FLOORS, AND A ROOF.
Architectural and structural quantity take-off is carried out for residential buildings comprising a basement, ground floor, six typical floors, and a roof, located in DUBAI SOUTH, UAE. The project includes three developments: Project 1810 with a built-up area of 9,500 SQUARE METERS, PROJECT 1811 WITH 12,000 SQUARE METERS, AND PROJECT 1812 WITH 7,500 SQUARE METERS.
